Returns and Refunds

Flop Shot Golf & Coastal Vibe Collection Return Policy

Online Purchases Only

Returns are accepted only for merchandise purchased online. Items purchased in person at markets, festivals, or other events are considered final sale and are not eligible for return unless approval is communicated by email.

Eligible Reasons

Returns are accepted for items with improper fit, faulty construction, faulty workmanship, or manufacturer defects.

Return Timeframe

All return requests must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your merchandise through USPS. Approved merchandise must be shipped back within the same 30-day return period.

Restocking Fee

There is no restocking fee for eligible merchandise returned within the 30-day return period.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers who are not active Loyalty Rewards Program members are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refund Details

You will receive a full refund for the purchase price of the returned item once the merchandise has been received and approved.

Loyalty Rewards Member Benefits

Active Loyalty Rewards Program members receive 100% reimbursement for return shipping costs on eligible returns initiated within 30 days of receiving their merchandise through USPS.

Shipping

Shipping is available to the lower 48 states. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or other countries may include additional shipping or international fees. The standard method of shipping is USPS. Overnight and second-day delivery may be available.
